Our practice was founded in 2005 by Haidee Watson and Andy Knipe and was initially called Adcock Accounting. Haidee and Andy worked hard to build a strong practice, valued by all our clients. Sadly Andy passed away in 2020 and the practice name was changed to Watson Knipe as we wanted to acknowledge and pay tribute to Andy. He was an experienced chartered certified accountant that was well-loved by the team and all his clients. He had a vibrant personality and will be sorely missed.

Haidee is our Personal Tax Director and is a fully qualified ATT tax adviser. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians in 2021.
Specialising in taxation, Haidee provides businesses, individuals and property investors with advice on personal tax, PAYE services, VAT and social security.
Sarah is a Certified Chartered Accountant who brings a wealth of experience, having worked in practice for over 15 years. Having been with the practice since 2018 she has recently been appointed as Company Director to strengthen the team and to solidify her true worth within the business.
Sarah loves spending time with her family and particularly likes a concert too.
Louise is AAT-qualified and joined us in 2017 from an industry-based background. Her main role is to support clients with Self-Assessment, but as a qualified accountant, there isn’t much Louise can’t do. She is key to supporting the team in all aspects.
Louise loves music and films and has recently renovated her new property.
Hollie is an AAT qualified accountant, who joined us through our apprenticeship programme and has gained valuable experience in corporate business. Hollie assists in all corporate and self-employed accounts, together with bookkeeping and VAT returns.
Family is at her heart, as is travel. She also has very close bonds with her friends, having been a bridesmaid many times now.
Kiran is our Payroll Manager and has many years of payroll experience together with Pension Auto Enrolment and the Construction Industry Scheme. She enjoys taking on new challenges, ensures payroll is always organised and accurate and is keen to continuously develop her skills to collaboratively help the team succeed further.She values spending quality time with family and friends to create lasting memories.
A fully qualified AAT accountant who successfully finished her studies in 2024. Dawn provides book keeping and VAT support to the team and also handles the very successful and highly appreciated task of reminding clients of their corporation tax liabilities. Dawn loves to visit the big smoke and city life, so mini-breaks are something she does regularly.
